Artisans and Territory

The Artisans and Territory - A Network for a Concrete Development Proposal project promoted the revival of traditional Sardinian craftsmanship by offering courses and workshops accessible to the entire community.

The project aimed to develop and share a catalog of high-quality artisanal paths tailored to be accessible for individuals of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities. At the same time, we worked to distribute the catalog on a regional and national scale, engaging schools, cultural centers, businesses, and public organizations.

In the first phase, a network of artisans was established, consisting of elderly guardians of traditional crafts and young talents. This resulted in a social and educational catalog of 10-hour workshops designed for entities and organizations seeking high-quality programs. Over the following months, 10 workshops were held for the public, providing more than 100 hours of practical training. During these sessions, artisans shared their expertise with participants through direct exchange and hands-on experiences.
